Welcome back! We hope that you have all had a lovely summer break and are feeling refreshed and ready for the new academic year.

I am sure you will join us in welcoming the new Nursery starters and their families to Seaton Academy and we hope that you enjoy your time with us.

During this autumn half term, we will be focusing on the topic 'All About Me'.

This topic provided the children the opportunity to get to know one another and share their likes and dislikes.

Our activities included, 1-1 work, small group work, circle-time and lots of learning through play.

We also be explored colour through a range of creative and messy activities.

Due to the children’s interests, we have also looked at ‘Celebrating the Queen’. This involved looking at pictures, revisiting the Jubilee celebrations and creating our very own crowns.

Towards the end of the half term, we have focused on Autumn and Halloween, looking at the changes in our environment over Autumn and lots of fun Halloween activities.
